We do this by getting to know our clients’ business, assessing internal and external risks and developing a plan to mitigate or eliminate that risk.  In short, we offer tools to anticipate workplace disputes and try to address them before they result in lawsuits, including workplace mediation, investigation and training focused on encouraging a respectful and collaborative work environment.  

Our Founder, April Madison-Ramsey, has been doing this for a long time. With more than thirty years of HR training, compliance, policy development as well as litigation management, risk assessment and alternative dispute resolution experience, she is confident there is a better way to resolve disputes. Prevention and early intervention are two sides of the same coin.
